write your own address at the right-hand top of the page, and put the date just below it. for example:

Example 2:- Write a letter to your younger brother advising him to work hard for board exam.

Patna Bihar,
12 May, 2020
 Dear Rahul,

I received your letter along with a xerox copy of marks-sheet of your Annual Examination. I am happy that you came out successful in the examination but I could not at all be satisfied with the marks obtained by you in different subjects.

You have been promoted to class X and within a year you are to sit for Board Examination along with lakhs of other candidates. only a few thousand out of lakhs will get chance for higher education and only a few hundred will get a chance in Engineering and Medical Education. This age is an age of competition.

You should , therefore, devote more time to studies, especially to English, Mathematics and science, as i find you particularly weak in these three subjects. so do hard work in these subjects for obtaining better marks in board exam.

with love to you and Somia and regards to father and mother,
Your loving brother,
Aman

Example 3:- write a letter to your younger brother advising him to take part in games regularly.

Mera Road,
Mumbai
20 April, 2020

Dear Manoj,
I am glad to learn that you have stood first in the Annual Examination this year also. While I congratulate you on your success, I would like remind you of an important thing which you are neglecting.

You are spending most of your time in reading and taking notes but never devoting any time to games and sports. This means that you are neglecting your health. It appears that you have become a book-worm. This is not good for an all-round development of personality.

The English proverbs says that all work and no play makes jack a dull boy. Swami Vivekananda used to say that it is more useful to play football than reading. The reason behind to saying is that one should develop both body and mind to be a perfect man.

You must, therefore, utilize time to take part in sports and games and other kinds of physical exercises. In addition to making your healthy, these will teach you disipline and self control which is essential in the competitive world.

with best wises,
Your loving brother,
